Advice to my younger self.
If I could go back in time and tell my younger self one thing...
I would tell myself that focused efforts are often more valuable than throwing an infinite amount of time at something.
For example, having a 3 hour live stream with high energy, a positive attitude, and great vibes has more impact than having a 12 hour live stream of boredom, fatigue, and frustration.
Or perhaps, training compound movements in a structured progressive approach at the gym for 1 hour/day is more effective than performing every exercise I know for hours on end.
The list goes on.
Studying with full concentration for 1 hour often leads to more understanding of the material than studying with half effort for an entire day.
To simplify: I needed more quality, less quantity.
I needed to hear, 'you don’t need more time, you need more intention'.
The training program I follow now, keeps all of this in mind. The minimum effective dose to get the results I desire. Quality, focused training — no extra fluff.
