These dailies help me maximize my training and are what make me feel good on a day to day basis. If I forget my dailies, my training slips and I begin to feel worse and worse!
Do your movement in the sunlight each day (knock out two checks easily)!
Before a gaming session, fill up a large water bottle next to you!
