Front Lever Progressions

I am still working on the Front Lever, these are the progressions I am currently training. Choose the Progression you can comfortably hold for 8-15 seconds, shorter holds may lead to injury.

Back Lever Progressions

I am still working on the Back Lever, these are the progressions I am currently training. Choose the variation you can hold for 8-15 seconds, holding for less than this is a road to injury.
