I have always been intrigued by pushing the limits of my body. After years of lifting weights in the gym, I began to realize I wanted to go beyond just a strong bench press and a heavy dumbbell curl. I wanted to press my entire body over head and lift myself up with just one arm.

This was the motivation behind creating The Xaryu Bodyweight Program. That’s why I created a systematic approach to developing not only muscular strength and hypertrophy, but also, unlocking the capabilities of a truly limit-free bodywithout ever stepping foot into a gym.

Q. What equipment do I need to get started?

A. There are plenty of exercises in the guide that utilize only your body-weight and the floor or household items. However, having a pull-up bar and rings will greatly enhance your training sessions.

A. There are exercise routines for all levels, with video content showcasing how to advance through each progression.

Q. Does this program include meals?

A. No, The Xaryu Fitness Guide has my approach to nutrition and The Xaryu Cookbook has all of the meals outlined with calories and macro-nutrients that I eat on a week to week basis.
